What is an EORI number and do I need one?
An EORI number identifies your business to customs. Since Brexit, you need one to move goods between the UK and the EU. We check it as part of the quote.
Which documents do you need from me?
Usually a commercial invoice and a packing list. With the quote, we send you the exact checklist for your goods and route.
How long does customs clearance take?
It depends on the goods and on the documents being complete. We tell you what to expect when we quote.
